Our wedding is May 2011. However, 90% of guests are from OVER 800 miles away. Many have been asking for the wedding date so they can ‘plan’. We were originally planning on sending them in September. But my fiances mom insists that it is too late. I know typically save the dates are sent 6-8 months ahead, but most guests plan on flying and getting a hotel… Not to mention take off work, etc.
So, what is the best in this situation?
