My boyfriend and I are in love, this is something we know. But we’ve only been together 6 months. This may seem like a short amount of time, but it happens sometimes. I want to tell him I love him, but my parents are ultra-conservative and I am afraid of how they will react. I don’t think they’ll disown anything, or me but I don’t need the stress in my relationship they could give. What is the normal amount of time to wait for them to know?

I am 16 and my boyfriend is 20. We got alot of heat about it before, but we match up extremely well on a maturity level. Please only be serious answers. I have had a hard time amongst others, and he is not creepy, my parents know and consent on us dating, we have been together for 2 years, and it is NOT a sexual relationship. So is 4 years so bad if we are compatible on a mental and maturity level?

How do you get past the weirdness when your divorced parents start dating?

My parents got divorced a year ago. My mom has not wanted to date at all. but my dad has been dating the entire divorce. I have finally met my dads current, long term girl friend. I like her and shes really nice, but at the same time i dont know how to feel about this. its so weird to see him with someone other than my mom. and i feel disloyal to my mom as well. has anyone been in this situation? how’d you handle it?
